By accessing or using any services or products provided by Sentia-AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to individual users, businesses, contractors, and resellers. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
Sentia-AI operates as a technology company providing digital automation tools, pre-scripted n8n workflows, and proprietary Multi-Contextual Processing (MCP) templates. These solutions are made available through a digital marketplace tailored for enterprise and individual users across real estate, marketing, sales, personal branding, and general business automation. We also provide integration support with third-party platforms including Google, Airtable, Telegram, Gmail, LinkedIn, and others.
All Sentia-AI products are digital and delivered as downloadable files, platform-specific links, automation blueprints, or access-based accounts. There is no physical delivery. The buyer is responsible for integration, unless a custom service agreement is signed.
All workflows, automation logic, agent designs, user experience structures, documentation, and source code generated or distributed by Sentia-AI are the exclusive intellectual property of Sentia-AI and its licensors. You may not duplicate, modify, resell, distribute, or reverse engineer any product without written authorization. Violations will be prosecuted under applicable copyright and trade secret laws.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Sentia-AI products complies with all relevant platform terms (e.g., OpenAI, Airtable, n8n). Misuse or misrepresentation of the automation, including for illegal, misleading, or unethical activity, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.
Due to the digital and intellectual property nature of our offerings, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or trial periods are provided. It is the responsibility of the customer to review documentation and inquire prior to purchase.
Sentia-AI shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products or services, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption. All services are provided “as is.”
Our solutions integrate with multiple third-party APIs and platforms. Sentia-AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access or future compatibility with these platforms. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain accounts with third-party platforms in good standing.
Sentia-AI reserves the right to update, improve, or retire any feature, product, or template without prior notice. Access to updates may require active licenses or subscriptions. Enterprise clients may be granted custom service-level agreements (SLAs).
This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Sentia-AI shall be indemnified and held harmless against all legal disputes, including those arising in other international jurisdictions. Any claims shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Products purchased are licensed to the original buyer and may not be transferred, resold, or assigned to third parties without express written consent from Sentia-AI.
While Sentia-AI does not store customer workflow data, we may collect anonymized usage statistics to improve service performance. We comply with data privacy standards including GDPR, PIPEDA (Canada), and other applicable global laws.
Sentia-AI reserves the right to revoke access to products, platforms, or communities in the event of any violation of these terms. We may also suspend accounts if fraudulent or suspicious behavior is detected.
